We hope you'll find this new feature helpful. It's not just for basic users, perhaps advanced users can find useful information here too. Everything posted here will be fluid and regularly updated, so pages will be changed to the latest and best responses or answers to your questions.
Keep your questions simple, but remember the facility is not a technical help desk for PC repairs but for basic computing advice and help with software issues.

Where possible any advice will be colour coded to show ease of use ie:
GREEN = Suitable for anyone to download & run.
AMBER = A little PC knowledge would be of benefit.
RED = DO NOT use unless you KNOW what you are doing!
